Sycamore Keys

The early morning sun shining on the sycamore tree was highlighting the keys (seeds) against the darker leaves. I like the range of colours in these fresh ones. They will eventually turn brown and fall down - spinning like rotors.

Another day of not doing a lot... my hunt for a decent bee shot resulted in a fly image (see extra).

It is our son’s birthday and we will miss seeing him.. he lives in a small cul-de-sac street where folk are not very good at social distancing...he is almost afraid to leave the house and asked us not to visit in case there are people out and about. We have chatted to him and he is enjoying the present we sent him. We are especially wary as we want to see the grandchildren (daughter’s children) later in the week after their enforced quarantine.
