The Rose Hive

The Rose Hive kindly painted by Z adding a splash of colour to the Apiary.
Named by Indie. I absolutely love it!

The extra is a picture that Q took that he is proud of - there are two pigeons and a black bird.

Managed an early run this morning which was good, although i struggled with a bit of hayfever.
Then school work with Q - he protested and made the whole process tiresome, slow and difficult bit we managed to get through it.
We then had a geode kit so we broke some of them apart and then have started trying to make our own.  Many many years father christmas gave me a geode and i couldn't open it. I have kept it fo so long, trying many times to crack it open.  Anyway, today was the day i finally cracked it open and guess what - there were no crystals inside! Just a dry dust.  It did make me giggle.

Z had some work.
She then managed to convince the kids to help her with some gardening until they were too hot.  Kids have played well today for most of it.
