All of a sudden there are lots of flowers on the broad beans, and one or two on the mangetout peas as well. Those who are eagle eyed may notice the black fly, but they are dead as I went out with very soapy hands (before the flowers appeared) and smothered them. I've no idea why it was only the one plant affected.

I'll be Zooming down the pub later, it's Club night, but there's no alcohol owing to the fact that, ahem, I drank it last night.
