Edible architecture,
A delicious feast.

Tash decided to grow some pink oyster mushrooms from a kit.  They started as a bag of soil and spores and after a few weeks of germination and then exposure to light these wonderful structures emerged.  They were huge! And quite beautiful.    I managed to snap a few shots before we ate them!  Yummy!
