Driving mum and dad to despair

Literally. She's been crying out in pain on and off for the last few days and when it happens, she goes on tiptoes or resorts to crawling. Been to the doctors and to A&E but no diagnosis. Got to return of it persists beyond the next week. No issues today so fingers crossed this was a passing issue, growing pains or a sprain.
