Repair Shop

I’m getting a bit tired of all this lockdown stuff now, another day another several hours on video calls. All useful and interesting but blimey....

Anyway this is a die, we have an old metal garden table I’ve been cleaning up, it’s been painted but as I was putting it back together I noticed that the legs have never fitted properly. This was due to the wrong nuts being fitted, so I thought I’d find the correct ones. Alas nothing would fit, so I dug my die set and recut the threads, new nuts on and bingo, table sorted. Proper job, none of that virtual rubbish.
