Running Empty

Another full on day at work which left me with another headache once home. Again some ibuprofen and a lie down in the dark. Felt much better after 30 -40 mins.

Decided to recharge my Garmin for the bike after the flat battery issues of a few days ago.

Also played around with my Galaxy Active watch. Going to try it out tomorrow and over the heat few days.
