Woodland Explorers

Whilst the kids were studying this morning, I did a strength & conditioning class in the sunshine, then spent an hour tidying up the garden, and adding to the pile of bags that need to go to the tip! Thankfully it's now open so soon I'll be able to get in the garage again!

Surprisingly, despite the heat, the kids were both up for a short stroll through the woods this afternoon, we've put of our runs till the weather cools.
