6-SPOT BURNET MOTH CATERPILLAR

I was up on the clifftop cemetery again today and it's still early days for the summer insect riot up there. I looked up last year and it was the second half of July when it all went crazy so this caterpillar has another six weeks to turn into a moth, and there's plenty of time for the Pyramidal Orchid (extra) to acquire some friends and open up. It was the only one I could find today. Apart from that I had another slightly fraught fruit&veg run to Lidl and not much else.
