Ice, Ice, Baby

The plan for this morning was a scheduled skype call with Soozys folks at 10 then out for a blast on Sheila along the farm tracks and side roads. Sheila by the way is my mountain bike. I've had a few bikes over the years and never felt the need to name them but Sheila was named by her previous owner and it just kind of stuck (I have no idea why he named it Sheila)
Any way I digress, Skype went well, it's always nice to get an update from Cawdor, but I soon realised my blast was to become a pootle due to the icy tracks. Never mind it was still a pleasant 10 mile cycle and my first outing of 2013 on Sheila.
Off for a quick shower and out for the afternoon with Mrs W...
