ZAD80 - Dry

A somewhat rude awakening this morning when the shopping delivery arrived at the same time as the neighbours skip, at 0640! Luckily I'd heard enough of the kerfuffle to already be dressed by the time the shopping man knocked.

Other than that a long and tedious day full of meetings. I manged to get the technical design of one of my current projects agreed but it was a tough call with lots of questions.

And then there was the irony of walking up to water the allotment in the rain. Unfortunately nowhere near enough so the job still had to be done. Something seems to have eaten all my gooseberries again. They are netted but something must get in. The strawberries haven't liked the dry either.
