Buttercup

Kevin and I were both off today so planned a picnic walk, fingers crossed the weather wouldn’t be too bad, we set off this morning and it was cloudy but dry, it soon started trying to rain and then came the hailstones! Luckily we found shelter and sat watching the shower while eating our picnic.
Then the sun came out and we enjoyed a brief period of warm sunny weather. It didn’t really rain again but the clouds rolled back in and it became quite chilly.
