Saturday Night

High winds and heavy showers punctuated the day. Much to Jet the dogs disgust I ejected him from his bed. He is now residing on spring cleaned bedding. Other household tasks completed before we braved the elements. Needless to say we ended up returning in a heavy shower.

The winds gradually abated through the afternoon so Jet and I went for a wander after tea. Usually people would be heading out for a night out. Not a soul about in this photo of the Main Street leading into town. Although there were queues picking up orders from the popular Indian Spice 4 U.
