#340... Half Marathon Runner...

Ruben completed a virtual half marathon run for the Brisbane Marathon Festival due to Covid-19 in a time of 1:37:32... He had one of his training crew run with him for the first 11km and then he was on his own and showed he can control his pace and get faster each km (all but 2 x 1km segments) to finish strongly and not trashed... So proud of him... This was his first official half marathon so now he has a time and experience for the next one...
