Starling and Sparrow

Today’s picture is of a young Starling, this is why I am forever filling up the fat squares and fat balls. A Sparrow flew into the picture just as I was pressing the shutter. I have posted a few birds recently, but decided it was far too wet to go into the garden to get something else.
   
The temperature once again was twelve degrees Celsius at GMT noon; an overcast day with intermittent rain showers.
