Lockdown Day 77 - A Tree

Bumblebee

The tree bumblebee, Bombus hypnorum, only arrived in the UK in 2001, reaching Scotland in 2013. It is widespread and common now everywhere.

They are said to like brambles and raspberry flowers but this afternoon I had three feeding on a snowberry bush in my Fife garden.
