Corporation Wall

I have never seen anything like this before. Why a corporation wall?!

"This is a corporation wall. Keep off."
"This is a corporation wall. Do not trespass."
"This is a corporation wall. WE built this wall!"
"This is a corporation wall. Look at the good we are doing in your area."

These are the first four theories I came up with. Other than that, I'm pleasantly stumped lol
