Properly dressed

The Clock Pelter - locals used to be known for their "sport" of pelting the church clock with mud. Who knows who might have thought that one up?  It must be what people did before they had television ;-)
Anyway, some wag has made sure that this little Pelter is properly kitted out for the current situation
