Elderflowers

Poo picking in Gilly’s paddock as the morning warmed up, I noticed all the elders in flower. Sweet little things. I remember helping dad get the berries off the stalks to make elderberry wine. Fiddly job, even with the threading them between the prongs of a fork method!
