Fluffy foal

I had lots of pictures from my walk today of blue skies and flower strewn meadows but how could I resist this cheeky wee Shetland foal.

Later I tested the range of my WiFi to enjoy a tai chi online class out in the evening sunshine. Turned out the class tested my range when in addition to the usual activities we did a series of punching drills with hand weights. Hard work but fun. Should be good for upper body and cardio fitness as well as punching technique.
