Excitement is mounting....

My amaryllis is moving so fast....i can see a huge difference just in one day! this is probably the 3rd year in a row that i've done this, photographed this breathtaking plant as it unfolds....and it never ceases to delight me!

Nothing much to report here today...had a kinda 'this and that' sort of day, haven't settled down to do any painting, or anything with great focus. i did manage to get a blog published today, and discovered i hit 10,000 views! still blows me away that 10,000 pairs of eyes have spent time looking at my blogs....who are they??? seriously tho, it's very pleasing, even if i do know that some blogs get 10,000 hits a day! oh well, i'm very well satisfied with my hits!

off to have dinner with the lovely and delightful Cora-Lee and George not only is
George an amazing and very talented chef.... so the food is always stunning, but they are also such fun to be with! i better be careful, the last time we had dinner with them i spent the next day dealing with the worst hangover!!!
