Common Gull

Felt envious at 6.15 am this morning when Rainie and three other photography friends met outside my house to set off on a two day winter photography trip. My conscience wouldn't let me cancel the appointments I had so as I could go with them.
At lunch time I did my happy thing and sat down beside the sea and watched the world go by. It was a beautiful day and this gull sat contentedly on a post and watched me through the open window of the car. It was the only pic I took for the day
