Vespa memories

A magazine editor once told me, always have something red in a photo.

I used to have one of these, but it was blue,. A proper orginal Italian Vespa, not one of your modern copies. It was in my teenage days, before Mods ands Rockers even, when you didn't have to wear a helmet, and I wasn't. There was a road with just one tiny tree on the verge, and I managed to ride into it. Brilliant aim on my part, but end of Vespa.

I got a car after that.
