Blackbelt....

Today's blip is all about showing off....

....the awesome fact that my incredible wife Sarah has been presented with her Blackbelt :)

Sarah started training with Urban Martial Artsin 2005, as a way to encourage Sam and Jess to go regularly. Over seven years of training, (for the last 4 years five times a week), blood, sweat and tears later....it's all payed off.

The boys who run the Gym are an inspiration; passionate, dedicated, hardworking, loyal, respectful young men, whom I hope my kids can emulate in life....

We're proud to be part of what they are building....Sarah's Blackbelt is just the beginning of the next chapter........
