Viaduct at Radford Semele (Widwed100620)

For this weeks Wide Wednesday I have gone for the railway viaduct at Radford Bottom Lock.  The Leamington to Rugby Railway passed over the canal here,  now defunct and converted to a cycle and walking path, the Grand Union Canal is still quite popular and much used by boaters.

The reflection in the canal makes a reasonable frame within a frame to fit in with the theme, although some better light might have enhanced things more :-)  The image sharpens up considerably seen in large.

In the extra - an alternative view from just behind the top lock gate and including the sluice mechanism.

I'll go through the wide Wednesday entries later and star all the ones I can find - results tomorrow evening UK time.  Looking forward to seeing what you all come up with.
