Spiderlings

We came across these minute creatures in the garage - hundreds of them all pin head size but busy about their business of survival. They must have just hatched out and managed to weave a large sort of web spanning a huge area. Somehow they were also heading up to the ceiling. Amazing.

Tricky trying to get one or more in focus as they were moving all the time. I'm not sure that our garage is the best place for long term survival - not many passing insects! They weren't there for long though as an hour later not one of them in sight.

A bonus free evening for me as the judging I thought was tonight is, in fact, next week. Better a week early than a week late!
