Cafe

This morning on Front Street.
A drive on this very rainy day took Gina and I through downtown Wilmington, COSTCO, and Wrightsville Beach (the first time since March 20), and our COOP.  Of course, COSTCO was predictable (uncrowded, masked, proper distance, friendly), downtown was empty (we didn't get out of the car), the beach was empty (except for a few surfers), and the COOP pretty much the same as COSTCO, but less people and we were required to wash our hands at the sink just outside the door.

Some windows were boarded up on Front Street.  The owners are used to protecting their windows from hurricanes, so it wasn't a big deal to do the same during a week of friendly protests, as a precautionary measure.

I have to say, I really enjoyed being out and about today taking a few pictures.  That being said, the virus is still here, and we both are being very careful.
