Memories in the Bag

A close friend is selling her house and then will figure out the next chapter of her life in retirement. She gave me bags of sheets, saying "use these for your mask making". I decided to make a cloth bag for her using her sheets for handles, lining, and some of the strips in the quilted center panels. 

It is difficult to sell one's home of many years and step into an unknown futures. I will give her this bag after the stress of moving has passed to join her in future adventures, wherever those experiences may take her.
