Old McCormick-Deering tractor.

Finally got permission to go and photograph this old tractor. When I was talking to the owner of the land, about photographing, he wanted to know if it could be taken somewhere and preserved, as it was getting into a worse state every year.
It has the name McCormick-Deering on it, and the Number "5262-D". I did a Image search this afternoon, and only found ones with the front wheels wider apart.
Anyone got any ideas of what sort of tractor it is? Year of make etc?
