a crab lunch

Crab on Ciabatta with Pea Shoots

picked white crab meat
a dollop of Helman’s virgin olive oil Mayo
a bit of cream
zest of half a lemon
a few shakes of cayenne pepper
a few twists of red Kampot peppercorns
black pepper & a pinch of sea salt
a bit of chopped parsley
MIX

half a small ciabatta, gently toasted & then buttered
pea shoots
a drizzle of good olive oil.
some mint leaves - next time i would add more.
