Tree sized Foxglove

I couldn't find anything remotely silly today, but it did strike me as odd that this Foxglove would be taller than the Apple tree if it weren't for the S shaped kink towards the top of the stem. Overall it is close to 6ft tall, and I'm not letting this one  go to seed. Despite the threat of heavy and thundery rain in this mornings forecast, it has remained largely dry this afternoon, which of course it would as I chose to do some cooking.
