Goldfinch

Today we didn't get up too early, and spent the morning watching NRL rugby league After lunch we decided to go out to look for a blip as it had brightened up outside, and was surprisingly warm! Hopefully the better weather is on the way back and will stay a while! 

We headed down the quieter side of the river bank, and saw many butterflies, other insects and this lovely goldfinch. He will be my blip as it is rare I get a bird photo these days, but I liked the small tortoiseshell butterfly and the bee too, and decided to include them in extras!
