Arthur and Georgie

Saturday

Today has been hot and muggy. I had a very hot walk this morning with Hetty. 

Home to bake a chocolate cake and then I had some time sitting in the sun whilst working on a new crochet pattern.

Clive took Hetty out in the afternoon and I went to see Arthur and Georgie. We couldn't tempt Sylvia into the garden so I had to settle for a wave through the window.  

It was difficult not to cuddle the boys but I managed to resist. 

Lucy arrived with a birthday present for Georgie and we enjoyed tea and cake at an appropriate distance. 

It started to rain at 6pm.
