Zombie Apocolypse Day 90 - Fig

Himself had decided he 'needed' to work today, to support the IT teams starting the Summer sale and preparing for the shops opening tomorrow. He didn't 'need' to do it at all, his team are all perfectly capable. I was really annoyed with him.

In other news I managed a two mile run without too much pain so will start building my distances up again, slowly. My torn deltoid is still very painful but there's not a lot that can be done for that except ibruprofen, which is almost as difficult to get as flour at the moment!

The fig tree did have figs once.
