Another visit to Gorgie, Edinburgh

Surprise! Back to the shop opposite the scene of yesterday's blip. As soon as I had those new specs, my improved sight had spotted a bargain.

In the window of the charity shop opposite, a whole set of crockery of the pattern which we have in Sandcastle Cottage, including an teapot. This was a find which will save me hours of poring over E-Bay listings to find the right stuff. Yay!

It also ticks the box for our attempts to be green - keeping a set of crockery and replacing pieces instead of ditching the whole set because some of it is suffering wear and tear. Re-cycle, re-use, donate to charity.
