Pushkin

S is 60 this week. M was 50 earlier in the year. They had planned a big celebration on June 27th but for obvious reasons that is postponed. 
So a handful of us celebrated in their walled back garden. 
It felt so good to see a few different faces and relax a little. Almost felt like normal times and M baked the most fabulous cake. 
Beer and bubbly and the friendly neighbourhood cat visited from time to time.
It meant a rescheduled and much later call with K where I was spectacularly sleepy but K was very understanding.
