Hectic

Not the Heron, it was controlled and graceful as it took off from the middle of the burn, what was hectic was the photographer scrambling along the bank trying to capture the scene through trees and waist high undergrowth. Not the sharpest of photos but the shape of the wings was too good not to blip. The extra is the same shot in colour
