Spending money

These are a few of many new gates recently installed in the meadows, and they all have latches to lift, which in the present situation is a nuisance. Tedwin is successful at times lifting the catch with his walking pole but you then have to negotiate a way through (for both of us) without touching. Gone are the days when you would hold the gate open for someone following.
We had a nice walk this morning to the very popular local park but we kept to horses path through woods all the way, only four and a half miles and it was extremely warm even under the trees.
