Mono Monday - Hectic

Things did get pretty hectic when this RAF C17 Globemaster started to do circuits and bumps at Chivenor this afternoon! I was out in the garden doing some weeding, thought at first it was rumbles of thunder in the distance, when this appeared. A dash indoors to grab the camera, no battery!! Battery grabbed, back out the door. The plane was doing a circuit to come in to Chivenor, caught it on its next circuit!

Rain then came and curtailed the gardening for the day. Sue had popped over with some cake, so I made a cuppa for us both and we sat out in porch in the dry, and watched the circuits. 

My gardener had been this morning to trim the hedges, so the border is looking all tidy again :-)
