Spacing Out

Today’s high point: the kale seedlings have sprouted! Five little clumps of dark green leaves poking up from the ground—our own little miracle. If I think about it I cant quite take it in—those tiny little dried up seeds are on their way to becoming lush kale plants that we will have for many many meals. Wow is all I have to say to that. Just wow!


The pigeon guillemots couldn’t seem to work out who could sit where. Next thing I knew they had all flown off to argue somewhere else. Just another observation from nature that I dont want to read too much into...
