Just loving the shade

Last year JJ and I took out sections of the hedge at the bottom of the garden, just because we could, and also it was rather boring to look at.  Now we have had a great display of foxgloves, which I planted in between the blocks of laurel, and I have to say it looks much cheerier.  I also planted daffodil bulbs, which gave us a delightful display in late winter.

(The bottom of the garden is in deepest shade for most of the day, only getting sunlight in the morning and evening, and only in high summer.)

Another Zoom meeting with camera club tonight.

Is anyone watching The Salisbury Poisonings?  Fascinating and absorbing.
