A River Runs Over it

This was our last day in Wenatchee visiting our friends.  While on a drive we saw this and thought perhaps it was a RR bridge, but as we got closer we couldn't figure out what it was.   I climbed up the hill adjacent to it and discovered it carried water from one side to the other!  I thought it was really cool!   Have a good day everyone!  Thanks for dropping by and will try to get to journals later today.
