A long day!

Went to the supermarket at Haddington and got some food to take to my other brother John. He has not been good lately and not quite coping with everything. It is sad to see a family member go down hill like that.

Had lunch with Jim, and bade a fond farewell. Will see Jim and Liz at the beginning of next month. Looking forward to it.

The M8 was horrible with heavy rain and heavy traffic. Visited John for a little while.
Couldn't stay too long as I was teaching tonight.

Nice to be home again.
