L E hawk!
I always abbreviate Large Elephant hawk to L E Hawk, which somehow sounds appropriate as it sounds like I am saying 'Ellie' (as in elephant) hawk, all of which is immaterial now as it is no longer a large elephant hawk, but just an Elephant hawk!
Anyway, I thought you might enjoy this shot of one I caught in the trap last night, I love his little scarf! in some these white scales look like little fangs, but this one has a scarf instead - maybe he plans to use it as a face mask should the need arise!

Grateful today for - moths to photograph, where would I be without them!
