Chicken with lemon and rosemary. I boned and breaded a couple of these yesterday and I've cooked the rest off because I can have the extras cold tomorrow. A top tip if you want to lift your chicken gravy add a bit of lemon juice.

A busy day which included a terrific webinar with lots of artistic folk talking about Shakespeare, a bit of lovely family news and now football. Villa first and then City against Arsenal - I might even have a beer!
