Wednesday Night is Barry's cooking night.

A while ago eldest daughter Zoe gave me a 'Curry Legend' set. It consisted of a recipe book and four spice blends. I like to cook on a Wednesday evening, it stemmed from a few years ago when Sue was later home than me. This evening I choose 'Karahi Chicken', medium heat and very easy to cook.
