My brain hurts!

Last night I had a lovely helpful zoom with a friend. She was trying to teach me about Lightroom. It transpired that we were working on different Lightroom packages. Today I have spent a goodly portion of my time cancelling one and trying (unsuccessfully) to buy the package I do want. I’m beginning to wonder if all this technology comes under the title of old dogs and new tricks. It seems that you can’t just use one, you need another one for reference and a phone in case you need them to send you codes etc.
Whatever did we do and how did we learn before all this.
