Test results came through this morning - as expected, negative for both of us, thank goodness!

A trip to the GP's surgery. Had expected a telephone consultation only, but she insisted I went in and, to my surprise, had appointments available for this afternoon. I suspect that, like me, many people are reluctant to contact a doctor under present circumstances! Anyway, it was all very efficient and well organised, with the same friendly, helpful GP under all the PPE. Hopefully something and nothing, but back for blood tests next week just to be sure.

Excitement this evening - an outdoor yoga session in our teacher's garden! Just three of us, with ample space for social distancing. Yoga under a blue sky, with birds singing and the resident pheasant pottering around - just wonderful!
