Day 84/19 Morning meditation.

I am enjoying my early morning walks with Coda. We went down to a different beach today and I just sat on a rock, watched the sunrise and thought about life!!!
Champers cat is doing well after his op. In fact he is eating and walking so well... he has a new lease of life I think.
It's been another lovely warm day.. not sure how long this weather will last. 
Grateful today for quiet early mornings s and sunrise.
