Finding Just The Right Moment

The angle of the sunlight which sets the Gaillardias and Mexican Hats ablaze with photogenic color washes out the purple flowers like this little Prairie Verbena, so I had to get out there just a few minutes earlier.  I needed enough light to see them clearly, but not too much.  I think I hit the right balance this morning for Flower Friday,  Thanks to Biker Bear for hosting!
